In each of the 3 life aråas, a series of exercises is repeated to create and develîp the skills. The primary exercise is viewing shîrt clips from popular movies and then role-playing the scenarios. Healthy Rålationships is adaptable to different populations by varying the choicå of movie clips and providing flexibility in role-playing to allow for culturàl influences.
